Guarantee
Bullfinch manufactured products are guaranteed for 5 years against faulty components and workmanship. This guarantee covers the cost of replacement parts and labour in our factory. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse of or tampering with the product by the user. We accept no responsibility for costs incurred as a result of works done by the customer, or a third party, or consequential damage or loss.
A one year guarantee applies to the following products
- Marquee heaters
- Cooker hotplates
- Cabinet and wall mounted heaters
- Remington and other fan assisted heaters
- Products in our Extra Range
Repairs
We operate a comprehensive Repair facility and our Birmingham Works and have a good range of Spares available for our products.
Spares
The Spares leaflets in the Downloads section show the spares available on a particular product and the individual spares are detailed below.
Only genuine Bullfinch spares should be fitted by a competent person and in domestic and many commercial environments repairs and installation must be carried out by competent and approved Gas Safe (was CORGI) registered installers.
Products should be tested for leaks and performance after repair and before use.
